Thanks for the input. I had forgotten about bringing the coax, ground, rotator 
control, remote coax switch control, and of course 240 VAC for the Alpha in the 
room. Taking all of that into consideration, the basement looks better as I do 
not have to worry about "restoring to original" if I sell the house. 

I will pour the tower base this week and will use 5 ground rods (3 at the tower 
and 2 at the entrance). I already have Polyphaser goodies to assist in 
grounding. All that remains is to get an OR-2800 rotator to turn the stack and 
a thrust bearing. Oh well, since the concrete will take 28 days to cure, I have 
plenty of time to accomplish all of the foregoing.
