I was simply pointing out the fact that a single 4el SteppIR is the
functional equivalent of a 20-6m Christmas tree of 4 el monobanders. I
slipped over to the M^2 site and priced 4el yagis for 20-6m. $3400
without shipping, almost 2X the price of the similarly performing 4el
SteppIR. Apples to apples.
The only advantage I can see for the fixed element yagis is being able
to place them optimally on the tower for the desired elevation angle.

As was pointed out in another post, the C3E is a 2el/band design,
doesn't do WARC well and should have less gain and FB than the 3el
SteppIR. An Apples to apples comparison price/performance wise would be
the 2el SteppIR.

In my perfect world I'd be living at W8JI's or K4JA's.;-)
