OK, from the above, I would suspect this antenna was designed with 3
elements on 20, 3 on 15, and 2 on 10. Or, it could be 3 on 20, 2 on 15
and 3 on 10. And of course, you can determine if that element without
traps is a single 10 by just measuring it.

A picture is worth a thousand words, especially with the age of a lot
of the fellows on this reflector. I have a large plastic tub filled
with old traps. Most of them have
some sort of markings on them.
IF the elements are still assembled, I would take each, split the feed
in the center, and see where they're dipping.
Or better yet, with the used prices of TH6s and 7s, save myself a lot
of headache.
