irritant mostly... Wear long sleeves and gloves and a dust mask.. You'll 
itch for days regardless.

Depends on exactly which grade you get.  You have to look at the spec 
sheet.  If you get it from McMaster, they've got the spec sheets online, or 
you can call them and they'll fax it to you.  Garolite is actually a 
tradename for a particular brand.  They're all, generically, fiber 
reinforced plastics (FRP)
