The potential buyers may even be rationalizing that "if the ham can have an
antenna, then maybe there are not restrictive covenants here. Maybe this

Same thing happened here.  The three closest houses across the
street here have all sold at various times for neighborhood record
prices, while my 55 foot tower & beam was up.
