Going by some photos(can not get a detailed view) on the net it appears that
is the way a loop is formed when the antenna rotates it takes slack out of
the loop so you can turn it 180, I assume , in each direction from north?
And when I say secure I mean not real tight so the coax will not get in a
bind?
