Take a look at the photos provided by Tom W8IJ and his tower raising and his 
contest station. They put up a substantial piece of 45G WITH the EHS guys 
attached and that is a lot of extra weight.  IIRC they were going for 120 or 
140 feet in one lift but didn't due to the limits of the crane. Check out 
what they did as it should be a good expample with lots of photos. They 
ended up lifiting either 100' or 120' in one piece WITH EHS guys.
