I don't know about the LPDA bothering the 40M antenna but LPDAs do not like 
anything mounted close to them.  I would be more concerned about the Beam 
skewing the LPDAs pattern & SWR curves.

  mulitiband yagi to interfere with a 7 mHz beam stacked above it ?
