I don't like having the gov't tell me what I can or cant do when I'm not
endangering others. At first glance it might seen as though I should be
able to "climb my tower naked " if I wanted, BUT ------- if I fall and get
seriously injured chances are pretty good that, if I'm lucky enough to
live, some arm of the gov't will wind up spending some of our tax dollars to
mend my body and help support me the rest of my life. Again, I really don't
like having the gov't tell me what I can and can't do, especially on my own
property, and I "free climbed" for many decades, fortunately without
incident, but would it then be fair for me to expect the gov't to bail me
out if I got in trouble ?
