Well, my advice is to not try to do it all alone, from the sound of it.
It's best not to work alone and much safer, but only if the ground help
knows what they are doing I'll work alone any day if I can't find
knowledgeable help on the ground. I feel much safer with no help than I
do with help that doesn't know what to do.<:-)) That's served me well
for over 50 years of climbing.
I'm finding that there is a great lack of climbing knowledge in hams
coming up and some one has to teach them so when I can get a crew
together I often offer to get some of the younger and newer hams involved.
