Here is the link to the bearing Im looking for.

KP10.
As others have already stated, if US Tower has customized their own sheaves, I
think that's my direction. "Trying" something new poses a big risk for me and
the investment I already have in this tower. Another $150 or $300 may seem
like alot, but a small cost based on what has already been invested in the
project.
Now if I can get US Tower to answer their phone today, that may be the harder
objective.

Subject: [TowerTalk] us tower hdx-689 sheave replacement
Whats the ID/OD of the bearing needed? My hdx72 has bronze bushing pressed into
the pulley. no staking needed. Must be bronze not oil lite which is just
powdered bronze material pressed into a bushing. If its a sealed ball bearing
you should be able to buy at any bearing house or your local NAPA auto parts.
I own a NAPA auto parts store in a farm/ag area and there are very few ball
bearings that I can't supply.
