I really don't want to climb them now in the bad weather and drop a plumb
bob and do not have a survey level.

You really only need to climb to the first set of guys. Use a bubble
level or electronic one to plumb the bottom of the tower. Once that's done,
all you have to do is look up the tower and it'll be obvious what's out of
alignment.
Once it's plumbed, then you can tension the guys.
Guyed towers are allowed to be out of plumb by something like 3-4" per
100 feet. Don't have my TIA-222 handy so I'm going from memory.
