If you use a pumper, he will clean the hose on your property before he leaves. Make sure you don't mind the mess.

Actually a truck or trailer mounted line pump will pump concrete up to
400 feet. The cost is reasonable too but if you've got the  time and
volunteers, that's a good way to go.
