Of course there is.  But it ISN'T the units of bulk resistivity.  But how about

the resistance per unit length of copper wire to be used in winding a

But I'm not sure that unit makes sense as a bulk property.
 
Ohm*meters for bulk resistivity is right on.  Actually, we always talked of 
Ohm*cm
in the semiconductor biz back when I was working in the field.
