Chuck, This is a situation where whatever you have is probably a good starting
point. Ham's are known for collecting junk and one can get quite artistic
cleaning out ones garage. I use old style window weights but if the XYL will
let me get away with it, I might find an old radio chassis that might do well
also. Only a ham would think that to be artistic....... Hi My Heroes Wear

Thanks for the replies to my question. Looks like 10-20 lbs should do
it at least as a starting point. This seems to confirm what I was
initially expecting.
I have already thought of most of the other suggestions that were
offered. I would like to put something up initially that I am satisfied
with for a while. Possibly some dayi may replace my TV Tower with a
"real" tower.
