    Tnx for your comments. When you add in ambient  temperature, guy 
tension does vary and I appreciate John's practical approach  which coincides 
with 
mine. Since 80% of owners don't know what their guy tension  is anyway, the 
Loos offers a pretty good resource and since IMO the most  important thing 
is that all the guys have the same tension, the Loos gives you a  chance to 
do that.
