I have never modeled or used a Force 12 Sigma (T bar) vertical but to me it
seems like a great idea. I am not sure why this product line was dropped.

design, a C shaped wire vertical dipole which uses L loading for each leg.
I used this in March on 160m from Aruba and it worked very well.
