Jamie,
 They look different.  The Tailtwister has 6 big bolts attaching the two 
case halves.  The Ham-M series (I II, III, IV) 4 has four small bolts.

 The Tailtwister is bigger, too, but if you only have one sitting in 
front of you that is of relatively little value.

 On Norms rotor service page it says you need to remove the bottom to 
see the numbers.....does that mean split the case? Trying to avoid 
having ball bearings going everywhere....I'd like to sell it, but 
unsure whether its a 4 or a TT.....
