[TowerTalk] Bird 43 watt meter pep kit MSE

I found an MSE PEP board for a Bird 43.  It is still in a plastic 
wrapper.  It is a board and a switch and had two 9v batter terminals.  I 
have been unable to find any listing for this board.  It is probably 
from the 80's.  The box came from a Larry Chapman in Ohio.
There appear to be lots of pep modification boards for the 43.

Has anyone heard of these and how much is it worth?
