Sorry, the topic was different.
Was about the difference between vertical and horizonztal polarized antennas,
not about the distance between 2 points, or the handicapped west coast stations.

We're not talking about antenna installation and/or efficiency.
We're talking about the distance between 2 points, regardless of the antenna.
And potential obstacles. Basic physics.
