Exactly right. And the same is true of common mode current on a 2-wire
line. I intentionally do not call it "balanced" line -- balance is
defined by the entire system, which includes the antenna, it's
relationship to its surroundings, and how its terminated in the shack.
On the line, the imbalance shows up as a difference between current in
the two conductors.
