The ARRL has  specific contests rules but seems to leave out the  
definitions. What is  a "permanent station location"?  If you drag a  travel 
trailer to a 
mountaintop property you lease, borrow  or own and  erect a tower there and 
mount antennas and feedlines which stay there year  round even though it isn't 
your "home station" is this a "permanent station  location"? I would be 
interested in knowing as this seems to offer a real  advantage over some guy 
that 
backpacks onto some mountaintop, erects his tent  and antennas and then breaks 
it all down.
