Be careful in using the Radio Shack type of Cinch Jones connector, especially
the Chinese "knockoffs" hitting the flea markets and certain stores. They are
not rated for the same current per pin that the original Cinch connectors were
(10 amps per pin)

First of all, I apologize for my ignorance in calling a Jones plug
"non-standard". I'm been enlightened that the plug is actually quite common on
older equipment and was stocked on Radio Shack shelves as recently as a few
years ago.
I've taken the advice of many of my VHF Men, and contacted TE Systems directly
regarding ordering both plugs. Left a voice mail, and also sent e-mail today,
so we'll see what happens. I'll keep the group apprised of what I learn. Many
mentioned that they were also trying to find the ACC 7-pin tube replacements
for their amps.
As always, thanks for the great advice. Hope to be back up to full power on
222 within a week or two.
