Jerry:
You will need the yaesu rs-232 option, think it runs about $300. I use the
Kachina 505arx to control it, but writelog does not interface with the 505arx.
Sartek makes the same basic unit also.
I use the G1000sdx to turn my c4xl, no problem.
If you can't get an alpha, order an Acom 2000a. I've had mine for over a year,
fantastic amp. But I also heard that someone took over Alpha and will begin
manufacturing the 87a again. Check out alpha's web site for more info.
