[WriteLog] Bug in scoring

The 10 meter module has a bug in the scoring. I had a QSO with a ZL6 and did
not log the QTH (Serial number goes here) and it counted it as a good and
complete QSO.
Actually there are two bugs, it should have forbidden me to log that QSO
without that REQUIRED field.
I marked it with an X and it scored correctly but I should not have to do
that.

The 10 meter module needs a lot of work!
