I am using a Socket dual I/O card in my Laptop. Prior to today it read Com 2
&3, Computer crashed and I reloaded everything. Now it reads Com3 &5. I have
Radio Control on com3 for writelog  and had the Hal DXP38 on com2 before,
now since it reads com5 I cant get it to work on the DXP38.  Does anyone
know how to change the com port from 5 to 2. I tried WA9ALS's configuration
in the Writelog INI file to no avail. Anybody have an answer.
