Did anyone manage to work him?  I tried on frequency, I tried up, I tried
down, I even spotted him a few times on the cluster maybe hoping he'd figure
it out.  Every band, he was deaf as a doornail.

Thanks to everyone who let me work them this weekend.  Maybe next year I'll
actually get to operate the entire contest time, niece's birthday smack in
the middle of Sunday, after sleeping late and not getting back on till 7:00.
