[WriteLog] Pad for laptop mic input

Thanks for all the pad suggestions for attaching rig sound to a laptop's MIC 
connection.  Most suggested a 100-10 voltage divider;  apparently MMTTY and 
WINPSK both have diagrams in their HELP files.

Jose, CT1AOZ, suggested just putting a 1K pot in the line - That might be the 
best for me as I record from some sources other than the rig at times.  73 -
