Steve,
The newer namedmul.ini files do recognize PE as the correct mulitplier for
Prince Edward Island. Your file probably has PEI still in the multiplier
list - look in the Contest, Show Multipliers, States ... to see for sure.
To correct, just put under alias section PE=PEI
