Thanks Blake. That's what I figured. I guess we need to convince Wayne to
support the MicroKeyer and WinKey. I'm sure there must be a significant
demand for this.

Wayne and Ron's Multi-Keyer works just great. I have one for my SO2R
station. The MicroKeyer I bought for /P use, either contesting or on
DXpeditions. It's great that it can do everything from a single USB
connection. That's just what's needed for a notebook PC.

All it needs now is to be able to generate WinKey produced code under
Writelog control.

What say Wayne??

It would if it if was used with logging software that accepted paddle
inputs, which WL doesn't. With WL, it's just working in parallel as a stand
alone keyer. I've never understood the "paddle input" method of manual
keying anyway, as it seems a bit Rube Goldberg-ish. Paralleling the PC and
keyer mechanically seems much simpler to me.

never originally experienced with LPT keying, but *I think* I fixed it by
fiddling with settings, unplugging a USB card reader, and plugging the
microkeyer into a different USB port on my machine. I've also found
rebooting is a MUST when changing some settings.
