This communication needs to be between the contest sponsors and the logging
software authors. We should not need to be involved. As been reported here
by others, later versions of Writelog do not have problems submitting
logs. If there are problems in the latest version, make Wayne W5XD aware
of them so they can be fixed in the next version. If you are using old
software, then upgrade.
