The only time I have seen this before is where someone has manually
deleted a file from WriteLog's \program folder. The installer will attempt
to restore it, and, if it's a file that's not part of the upgrade, the
above message is what you get.
I saw the suggestion to browse to the wlfull01.cab that you got with
your last FULL install. I confirm that works--you have to unzip your
last FULL install and copy that wlfull01.cab into the directory with
setup.exe and writelog.cab.
