I use the MicroHam interface (but the first one not II) on a PII laptop 64MB
of RAM running W98 and it sends CW just fine. Not sure of the processor
speed but probably around 200.
Have also used the interface on a Celeron 2.2 GHz 512MB laptop with XP and
found it necessary to run the USB Device Router to get smooth CW.

The MicroHam Interface II as first glance looks good until you read the
computer requirmints.
Requirements:
Minimum - 800 MHz IBM PC compatible computer with Windows 2000, 64 MB RAM,
Sound card, CD-ROM, USB1.1 port, Transceiver, logger or control software
(any)
Recommended - 1.6 GHz PC with WinXP or higher, 256MB RAM, Sound Card,
CD-ROM, USB2.0 port, Transceiver with computer port, CW paddle, PS/2 keypad,
logger or control software (any)
My laptop is an IBM 600e with a 366 P2 processor. Has anyone used the
MicroHam Interface II with this slow a computer?
