[WriteLog] Writelog and ICOM CT-17 level converter

I cannot get Writelog to recognize my ICOM CT-17 level converter, and 
have to manually change
bands from within Writelog.

The IC-17 level converter works fine with MMTTY however

Any help will be appreciated
