There is only one instance of the writelog.ini file on the PC and it is in the
windows directory. Here is the section with the MOUSE settings.....

PC
was re-booted loaded WriteLog and tested still 100Hz increments then
closed WriteLog and opened the ini file and copied the bit above. Very
strange.
