I thought I had that problem with XP Pro--Convert CTY appeared to run
correctly but the wl_cty.data file never updated. In fact, I was writing
to Jim about it just a while ago--but then stopped to think (always a
good thing to do).

I was looking in the wrong place--a search disclosed 14 files called
wl_cty.data all over the hard disk, some very old, some new---but all
but one in locations other than where it should have been.

Once lcated, the "right" one was sitting there updated and ready to go.

Sooo, maybe you have been looking where wl_cty.dat /used/ to go before
you updated WL, instead of where it goes now.
