Well in my case, as I operate lots of different modes, and have a few different
"operating" programs, which I then export ADIF's into my general purpose logger
(DXKeeper).
It has the ability to filter the LoTW upload request to the "new" contacts
since the last upload - plus lots of other functionality. So if you operate
multiple digital modes with different programs, it is perhaps better to
aggregate your contacts into one general purpose logger and let it do the work
for you.
