Interesting. Must be allowed when you run as administrator. Since I use the
same computer for ham radio and personal business, I am loathe to run as
administrator except when absolutely necessary. If a piece of malware finds
a way to execute in my address space, I don't want it to have admin
privileges! Call me a coward, but that's the way I choose to do it until
someone convinces me otherwise.
