[WriteLog] SO2R vs SO1R

Please don't take this wrong, but I subscribe to the
WriteLog reflector because I'm interested in WriteLog.
The discussion about SO2R and new contest categories
has nothing to do with WriteLog.

Please consider taking this discussion to a more
appropriate forum, such as cq-contest (which I don't
subscribe to).
