Folks,

>From some of the emails I’ve received recently, there seems to be confusion or
>at least lack of knowledge about the release schedule for Super Check Partial.

Super Check Partial is updated and released at the start of each month –
generally on either the 2nd or 3rd of each month.

Requests for callsign additions or changes that are received by 12 noon PACIFIC
time (DST or STD time depending on the time of year) on the 1st of each month
are included in the new release.

If you wish to add/change/remove a call sign, please send a separate email
(i.e. One without any logs attached) to:

logs@supercheckparticla.com

Please also send your logs to the same address in CABRILLO format (ONLY). You
can attach multiple logs to the same message as attachments but PLEASE (please,
please…) do not send them as a ZIP file! :-)

A request; more and more contest managers are opting for log submission via web
forms. As a consequence, the number of logs submitted for these contests to
SCP tends to drop precipitously and so these contests get under represented in
the log set of SCP. The contests include the NAQPs and many US State QSO
parties. So please, when you have the Cabrillo file extracted from your log,
email the log to the address above.

Much appreciate all the logs you send and thank you for supporting Super Check
Partial.

Stu K6TU
