Answers to the following questions:

13.Yes. There are two other sites on the same hill top about 1600' 
horizontally and about 75' higher to the base of there towers. One is 
government and the other is cell phone.
14.Well the antenna is 3' horizontally and about 18' up to the base of 
the antenna. The battery box is 1' to the West of the Radio cabinet. 
Both metal boxes, the tower, the chainlink fence and the solar panel 
rack are grounded to a common ground.
15.I used a dummie load only to to test the Tx output, then back to 
the antenna.


13) Are there any other sources of RF in the area? (Like
     commercial FM broadcast, LPTV etc)

14) Is your equipment in a position where it might be
     seeing your own RF/transmitted signal?

   (Follow up to Stu's question #7)

15) Did you use a dummy load when testing at home?

     (Stu is on this trail with with his questions #10,
      #11 and #7)
