Hi

I believe it is the same company...  Unfortunately in my case, they are
using the single step, controlled by a wall switch to an AC outlet
type.  I was very kind to them, offered to purchase the replacement
unit, and did, it should be here in a few weeks.  I showed them the
graphs that cover how truly bad the thing is, and they now leave it on
overnight... Sigh... If the replacement one does not fix things, I will
let them know it is their problem, in writing, then give it a month,
and if the thing is still on; contact the FCC.  Wish this was simpler...
