An easy way to help differentiate between the two-- if it starts at the exact same time each day for the next two weeks, it is more than likely a timer, and may indicate a grow operation. if it follows sunup/sundown, then it may be your solar array...

If you look at: http://nk7z.net/sdr-rfi-survey-p1/ you will find a method of showing several sources, being able to differentiate between those sources, and how to get the start/end times of each source, all in one operation.

Yes. There are two major noise sources within solar installations. One
is the charge regulator, which makes noise only when the sun is shining.
The other is the inverter(s) which make noise when converting the DC
battery voltage to 120 or 240VAC.

Yes, it certainly could be grow lights. As others have advised, make
sure to get your facts straight before going to an agency for help. At
this point, you MAY have identified the house, or maybe not.

There's a tutorial on my website about finding and killing RF noise
sources that ran in NCJ (National Contest Journal) last year. There's
also an accompanying slide show for a talk I've done at Pacificon and
for some ham clubs. k9yc.com/publish.htm

If I had to guess you have two or more problems, or have misidentified
one of them.

Solar arrays normally make noise only when the sun is on them. An
exception to this would be panels that charge batteries and then have
an inverter that runs either all the time or only when the power
company is down
