My tower is a Universal with 18" top section enough alike
Rohn 45G that the work platform for 45G fits fine. I use
a Rohn thrust bearing with Fernco boot above the bearing
to keep rain/sleet/snow/ice off the bearing. This is about
7 feet down from top of tower. A Tailtwister rotator sits
about 8 feet down from the bearing.
Another Fernco boot sits on the mast just above tower top
to keep the tower sleeve free of moisture as shown above.
All feedlines are run inside the tower legs.
I see no reason why the DXE grounding kit would not
work for me.
Any comments?

Hi Scott,
I am afraid that won't last very long as exposed copper braid will wick water,
turn black and then fail unprotected and it is hard to waterproof.
Even tinned copper braid is not recommended for outdoor applications.
That is why DXE uses 1AWG insulated heavy wire for their bypass kit
