Keep in mind this is EMC work to allow IOT devices (many of which are noise
makers) to function properly in each other's presence. It isn't trying to
control the general level of EMI. They will be happy if the refrigerator
and the solar power system and heat pump get along with each other. I don't
think the generic level of RF pollution is the concern.
