I would love to see a “What to do about RFI” type slide deck that can be
passed around to clubs and presented. It would cover identifying and
characterizing RFI, direction finding, and how to loop ARRL in the case
it’s solar or some other thing ARRL has influence on.

Would other folks think their clubs might be interested?
