Ran into the pulsating noise in a report from V85AA. He said it might be
local to him, and it is over-the-horizon-radar, but he doesn't know whose,
Chinese, Japanese, or American from the Aleutians ???
I found that IF I had propagation to V85, AND V85 was being obliterated by
40 over nine radar pulses, THEN I could detect a seemingly PULSATING NOISE
FLOOR in New Mexico. This would be experienced near my sunrise, which was
then 1330z.
