I found the RFI source with a 2m yagi and an AM receiver.  If a spark 
generates  interference on 2m, it generates interference at 160m.  The 
offending spark was occurring at the corroded, twisted joints in the 
electric fence wire.  Solder or GC's Silverprint® paint fixes the problem
