P.S.  It will be VERY interesting to see if the 9000 has keyclicks!
  
  
 
And if it doesn't I would assume they've chosen to ignore the problem in 
the 1000MP family, and "fix" it in the 9000. 
It wouldn't be a good thing to have a $10K radio clicking all over the 
bands while in a $2K, "for the masses" radio it's acceptable. 
When Elecraft discovered the K2 was a little cl icky and wide while in 
CW mode they were all over the fix like white on rice. Of course its a 
user built radio and much less expensive to ship the parts out to people 
who are experienced with modifying their radios, than doing an under 
warrantee recall like Yaesu would have to do on the majority of 1000MP's.
