Gee, I was generous...
I said in a personal email that the efficiency of the B&W terminated folded
dipole was typically between 25 and 50%! It seems to be a bit worse than
that. They really are "dummy loads" with wires attached.
For an all-band antenna, I've always liked an 80 mtr dipole fed with
balanced line feeders all the way down to a decent tuner in the shack. My
losses remain fairly low, and I've never developed RF issues in the shack
(even at the 1 kilowatt level). There must have been a reason why I never
upgraded the wooden window in the radio shack! Maybe it's because of it's
"transparency" to RF and the ease of slipping a 2-wire, insulated, balanced
line feeder through it?

I think the definitive analysis of this antenna
has been done by W4RNL:
http://www.cebik.com/wbfd.html
The analysis shows that on 40 through 10
the gain is about -6 dB compared to the same length
doublet fed with lossless feedline.
On 75 meters, it's about -9dB
on 80 meters, it's about -13 dB
